Frequently asked questions
Our Starter and Essentials plans can go live as quickly as two working days after purchase. Our Growth and Scale licences will be built in collaboration with you to fine tune your custom portal text and set up your API integration if needed. With Growth and Scale your designated Customer Success Manager works with you to build your perfect portal before going live.
With Starter and Essentials, Vero Assess is used as a stand-alone platform (though you can export your data in a CSV to import to your ATS). Our Growth and Scale licences come with basic ATS integration which will be managed by a designated Customer Success Manager.
The integration is one standard integration between Vero Assess (powered by Tazio) and a supported applicant tracking system using Tazio's standard integration method and standard data fields (excluding custom development, custom field mapping, bespoke workflows and third-party fees).
Customers with a Growth or Scale licence have their own designated Customer Success Manager available from 9am to 5pm who they can reach out to directly. They can also contact our helpful support team via [email protected] or 02922 331888. Customers with a Starter or Essentials plan can reach out to our wider support team.
Unfortunately, not. While we're always developing our product range and may well have more job roles added to Vero Assess in future, ad-hoc roles that do not already have a campaign built for them cannot be created. If you're looking for an assessment we do not already have, you can speak to a member of our core Tazio team to discuss a more bespoke option by emailing [email protected] or getting in touch through the chat function on our website, tazio.io.
There are a number of ways to pay. For example, you can choose to pay by card at checkout or ask to be sent an invoice. We'll start working on your portal as soon as we receive payment. If you request an invoice it will arrive within one working day and our payment terms are 30 working days.
If you upgrade from our Starter plan to Essential, Growth or Scale within 60 days of purchase, we'll deduct the £3,500 cost from your annual licence fee.
No, but don't worry — you shouldn't need to! Our assessments have been built for the specific roles. If you wanted to customise text within the portal, you could opt for the Growth or Scale licence option — your Customer Success Manager will work with you to customise the portal in line with your brand and EVP.
If you are running low on candidate credits or expect high volumes, you can buy additional credit bundles that just top up the candidate credits for your campaigns.
If you need more roles than are included in your current plan, you will need to upgrade to the next tier. Upgrading not only increases the number of roles available to you, but also gives you access to the additional features, capacity and other benefits included with that higher plan tier.
Vero means 'true' or 'authentic' in Italian, aligning with our mission to create an assessment process that looks at the whole-person and goes beyond a traditional review of qualifications and experience.
